Role Summary

The Facilities Coordinator performs hands-on maintenance and supports day-to-day facilities operations at WWE's corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT. Reporting to the Facilities Senior Director, this role keeps building systems, office spaces, and on-site amenities running safely and to a high standard, and delivers responsive, white-glove support to staff and executives. This is an on-site, hourly position that requires 24x7 on-call availability and occasional after-hours and weekend work.

Reports to: Facilities Senior Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on corporate headquarters building systems-including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and life-safety equipment-troubleshooting and repairing MEP systems to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

  • Handle general repairs and finishes-including drywall, painting, and carpentry-using hand and power tools.

  • Conduct routine inspections of offices, conference rooms, common areas, and building equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.

  • Maintain and upkeep the on-site state-of-the-art gym.

  • Perform office reconfigurations, furniture moves, and workstation setups, manage occasional TV installations, and provide event support for executive meetings and corporate functions.

  • Assist the Facilities Director and team with building projects, furniture installations, and space-planning projects (employee adds, moves, and changes), including updating floor and seating charts in AutoCAD.

  • Maintain general supply orders and support inventory management by monitoring maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment-including medical, cleaning, and special-request items-to ensure operational readiness.

  • Manage the maintenance log and CMMS / work-order system, responding promptly to facility service requests in a fast-paced corporate environment while maintaining high standards for professionalism, safety, and customer service.

  • Read and work from blueprints and coordinate with architects and engineers as needed.

  • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for scheduled maintenance, repairs, inspections, and facility improvement projects.

  • Provide 24x7 emergency-response support for situations such as power outages, water leaks, and HVAC failures, including after-hours building issues and events.

  • Support and monitor records management and retention

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of corporate or commercial facilities maintenance experience (broadcast/media environment a plus).

  • High school diploma or GED; trade-school training or relevant certifications a plus.

  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Clear communication skills-able to communicate effectively with executives, peers, and team members.

  • Strong customer-service orientation, with the ability to deliver an outstanding client experience.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to problem-solve and work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision, while maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Availability for 24x7 on-call, extra hours, and weekend/after-hours work as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, generators, and automatic transfer switches (ATS).

  • Experience maintaining security panels and alarms and life-safety systems (fire panel and sprinkler systems) and supporting fire drills.

  • Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or work-order platform.

  • Experience in a broadcast, media, or entertainment corporate environment.

Physical Requirements
