Personal Training
JOB SUMMARYÂ
Personal Trainers are expected to listen and understand what their client are seeking during a private lesson or over a series of sessions.  We are actively looking for a top tier trainer who can consistently deliver a transformative experience to their clients. We are specifically looking for trainers interested in taking on just a few additional clients and trainers who have early and mid-morning availability to train clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Create and maintain a list of clientsÂ
- Respond to inquires and schedule sessions independently that meet the clients criteria by email, phone or in person.Â
- Monitor clients energy levels and support the athlete while promoting our core values.Â
- Be a fitness resource for the facilityÂ
- Able to work any and all fitness classes offered by MovementÂ
- Ability to develop training plans for a broad range of clients.Â
- Present a plan for how that session or a series of session could progress over time.Â
- Instruct and demonstrate to members on the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 poundsÂ
- Provide a transformable experience for the client.Â
- Contribute to the overall vision of Movement fitness programsÂ
JOB REQUIREMENTSÂ
- Embody Movement's Core Values and the foster a positive culture inourcommunityÂ
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Personal TrainerÂ
- RequiredCertifications: ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSMÂ
- RKC, FMS, FRC, and CSCS Certifications a plusÂ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic team-oriented environmentÂ
- Solid computer skills (web based applications, Word, Excel, POS applications)Â
- Experience training for climbing a plus Â
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONÂ
This is a part-time hourly position with a pay range of $29.25-$58.50 per session depending on the evaluation of your trainer skill set.
