What You'll Do

  • Evaluate patients' physical function through tests and assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance
  • Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises and modalities
  • Educate patients and families about conditions, prognosis, and treatment strategies
  • Document patient responses, treatment plans, and progress accurately
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Promote physical therapy services within the community and at the facility

What You Need

Required:
  • Valid state license in Michigan
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in outpatient or related settings
  • Strong assessment and patient education skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
  • Experience with acute care coverage
  • Demonstrated leadership in supervising therapy staff and students
