Now Hiring: Small Group Training Instructor – Anytime Fitness Hickory Hills

Location: Hickory Hills, IL

Position Type: Part-Time (Opportunity to Grow)

Do you have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals? Anytime Fitness Hickory Hills is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and certified Small Group Training Instructor to lead engaging group training sessions that inspire members and deliver real results.

If you’re a motivating coach who enjoys building relationships and creating a positive fitness experience, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do
  • Lead fun, energetic, and resultsdriven small group training sessions.
  • Design safe, effective workouts for participants of varying fitness levels.
  • Motivate members while providing encouragement, accountability, and proper exercise instruction.
  • Demonstrate proper exercise technique and ensure participant safety.
  • Build strong relationships with members to increase engagement and retention.
  • Assist in promoting and growing the Small Group Training program.
  • Help members progress toward their health and fitness goals through coaching and support.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training environment.
  • Work closely with the club team to create an outstanding member experience.
    • Qualifications
  • Nationally recognized Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
  • Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain before employment).
  • Previous coaching, personal training, or group fitness instruction experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
  • Reliable, professional, and energetic attitude.
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
    • Preferred Skills
  • Experience leading functional fitness, HIIT, strength training, circuit training, boot camps, or metabolic conditioning classes.
  • Ability to coach members with different fitness levels and modify exercises as needed.
  • Strong customer service and relationshipbuilding skills.
