Job description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at National Oilwell Varco, L.P. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the maintenance and restoration of rented equipment, while also managing a team of field operators and technicians. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our equipment is well-maintained and that our customers receive the highest quality service.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in solids control equipment is essential.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to assign and review daily tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote, and OneDrive.
  • Understanding of electrical diagrams and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Knowledge of VFD programming.
