Property Manager – Sevierville, TN


A growing short-term rental management company in the Smoky Mountains region is seeking a detail-oriented property manager to oversee a portfolio of vacation homes. This is an excellent opportunity to build your property management career while ensuring outstanding guest experiences and the highest standards of property care. Property Manager Requirements & Qualifications


  • Minimum 1–2 years of property management experience, ideally with short-term rentals or vacation properties
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays on-call
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Experience with property management software is a plus

  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely care and upkeep of all properties
