Job Summary

Join Belden's digital transformation journey, implementing SAP S/4HANA to create integrated, data-driven operations. The SAP GTS Analyst is crucial to this journey, leading the design, configuration, and support of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) E4H. This role ensures our global fulfillment and export operations are compliant, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

SAP GTS E4H version Solution Design & Configuration

    • Lead design and configuration of SAP GTS functionalities, including Customs Management, Compliance Management (e.g., sanctioned party list screening, license determination), and Preference Management.
    • Collaborate on integration with SAP S/4HANA Fulfillment processes (SD, MM, LE, TM).
    • Align solutions with global fulfillment strategy and customer service standards.
    • Manage configuration changes within approved design and governance.
    • Ensure compliance with international trade and export control regulations through expert utilization of SAP GTS.
  • Business Engagement & Requirements
    • Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to gather business requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP GTS Solutions.
    • Provide thought leadership on Global Trade best practices and digital enablement.
  • System Support & Optimization
    • Provide Tier 2/3 support for fulfillment and export processes globally.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, meeting established SLAs.
    • Drive continuous improvement in order processing, shipping, and delivery tracking.
  • Integration & Data Integrity
    • Ensure seamless integration between Fulfillment, Procurement and Customs systems.
    • Support Trade master data quality and governance initiatives.
  • Testing, Deployment & Change Management
    • Lead functional testing for new solutions, enhancements, and integrations.
    • Support cutover, deployment, and hyper care during go-live.
    • Facilitate user adoption through training, documentation, and change management.
    • Maintain audit-ready documentation for processes and configurations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience specifically with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) modules (Customs, Compliance, Preference Management).
  • Proven SAP S/4HANA configuration and deployment experience.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash, logistics execution, and global trade processes.
  • Integration, data governance, and change management experience preferred.
