Job description

Our client is a leading provider of vibration, balancing, and reliability solutions serving industrial customers across a wide range of industries. The company specializes in rotating equipment services, precision balancing, condition monitoring, and technical support to help customers improve equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform precision balancing of rotors, armatures, impellers, fans, shafts, and other rotating equipment using dynamic balancing machines to meet customer and industry specifications.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot balancing equipment; interpret vibration data and balance reports to determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Inspect components before and after balancing, verify tolerances, document results, and maintain accurate quality records.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of imbalance, improve balancing processes, and ensure on-time delivery of finished products.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of rotor balancing or rotating equipment experience in a manufacturing, repair, or industrial environment.
- Proficiency operating dynamic balancing machines and interpreting vibration, balance, and tolerance data; experience with Schenck balancing machines is strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read engineering drawings, use precision measuring instruments, and perform balance corrections accurately.
