Job description

Roofing Replacement Crews (Northern VA/MD/DC)
We are looking for a new Roofing Replacement Crews! This person will be working from a contract, performing roof replacements exactly as specified on the contract. Employees or Subcontractors are welcome to apply.
Minimum Requirements: Employee
5-years of roofing experience.
Clean, valid driving record and license.
Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies.)
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Must own tools needed for roofing.
Good communication skills in English.
3-5 references.
Minimum Requirements: Subcontractor
5-years of roofing experience.
Active Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance for the specific trade you are applying for.
3-8 References for whom you have performed work.
Good communication skills in English.
Own a dump truck or dump trailer.
Vehicles must be free of company logos and/or phone numbers.
Must have and use fiberglass ladders.
Foreman of the crew must remain on site during entire project.
For employees:
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday starting at 7am. Occasional Saturdays may be required. Pay is hourly plus bonuses. A cell phone, company vehicle, gas card, home depot card, GPS, and camera will be provided. We offer health insurance, 401K, paid sick days, holidays and vacation days.
