- Comfort working with minimal rigid processes and using practical judgment to get tasks done efficiently.
Why Work Here?
You will join a growing logistics operation that values internal development and offers genuine opportunities for advancement, including the potential to grow from entry-level roles into leadership positions. The environment encourages teamwork, flexibility, and a practical, results-driven approach rather than rigid processes. You can enjoy a steady weekday schedule, listen to music while you work, and be part of a team that focuses on getting the job done while maintaining a fun and supportive atmosphere.
Work Environment
You will work in a large, fast-paced third-party logistics warehouse, primarily in the receiving department supporting major retail accounts. The facility typically operates with a team of approximately 20–30 people, including power pallet operators and warehouse workers. The culture emphasizes a flexible, "find a way to get it done" mindset rather than strict, step-by-step procedures, so you should feel comfortable adapting to an ever-changing work environment. Team members often listen to music and maintain a fun, energetic atmosphere while working. The standard shift runs from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, with the expectation that you remain flexible as start times may adjust between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. The role is physically demanding, involves frequent heavy lifting, and requires working on your feet throughout the shift in a busy warehouse setting.
