Position Overview

Culture of Care, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time role is instrumental in providing virtual mental health services to individuals across Massachusetts. With a focus on delivering accessible mental health support, the selected candidate will utilize telehealth tools to provide effective care to clients.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work remotely, utilizing advanced telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions and collaborate with a dedicated team of health professionals. This virtual clinic enhances the flexibility of mental health service delivery, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care regardless of their locations. The role’s work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individual clients and group therapy, fostering a safe and supportive environment for discussion.
  • Assess clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals.
  • Integrate diagnostic evaluations into treatment planning, ensuring comprehensive care in alignment with clinical best practices.
  • Coordinate with a multidisciplinary remote care team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding confidentiality, patient privacy, and ethical standards in social work.
  • Monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to align with changing needs and circumstances.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • An active and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic techniques and social work practices.
  • At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience
