In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and mental health assessments to identify clients' psychosocial needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Providing therapy and support sessions—both individual and group—to facilitate emotional healing and growth.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress to ensure treatment goals are met.
• Creating a supportive environment by building trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Offering guidance and resources to clients facing crises, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals undergoing detoxification and their families. These individuals often experience heightened emotional distress and require immediate and compassionate intervention. Your expertise will help address the unique concerns associated with addiction, recovery, and mental health, ensuring they receive the specialized support necessary to rebuild their lives.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Thorough understanding of assessment and treatment methodologies pertinent to mental health issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage caseloads effectively.

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience working in mental health settings, particularly with populations facing addiction and behavioral health issues. Bilingual skills, especially in English and Spanish, are also highly valued as they enhance our ability to serve diverse client needs.
