Customer Service Representative – Sales Support (Remote)

Location: Grand Rapids, MI Area (Remote)

Are you passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – Sales Support to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area in the event occasional onsite attendance is required in the future.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, solving problems, managing multiple systems, and working independently in a remote environment.

Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • No overtime required
  • Training schedule may be 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM depending on trainer availability
What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative – Sales Support, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers seeking furniture repair, cleaning, and maintenance services. You'll help guide customers through the intake and scheduling process while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to email inquiries
  • Gather information regarding service needs, product details, and customer concerns
  • Ask questions to determine repair, cleaning, or maintenance requirements
  • Collect and document customer information, service details, photos, and notes accurately
  • Explain available service options, pricing, fees, and next steps
  • Convert qualified inquiries into scheduled service requests

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center experience (inbound or outbound)
  • Experience with data entry, order processing, or administrative support
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High-speed internet connection required
  • Ability to connect company-provided equipment directly to your modem via Ethernet cable

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
