Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a well-established billing service that manages claims, client accounts receivable, insurance verification, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on providing care.
  • Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions with clients, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual, inclusive of a wide range of clinical presentations.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, ensuring all notes and record-keeping comply with state and federal regulations.
  • Schedule ongoing appointments with clients and manage an updated calendar to accommodate their needs and preferences effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to the growth and development of therapeutic practices within the team.
