• Provide direct mental health services to an assigned caseload, ensuring compliance with all Mental Health regulations and documentation standards.
• Develop client treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering individualized needs, and ensure these plans are updated in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health screenings, triage assessments, and evaluations to determine the appropriate level of care for clients seeking help.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and contingency management, to effectively treat mental health disorders.
• Engage in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, providing insights and updates on client progress to enhance overall care strategies.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and behavioral health interventions as needed to support clients in acute distress.

Our therapists cater to a diverse population, including individuals facing various psychological disorders, substance use challenges, and socio-economic barriers to mental wellness. The role requires sensitivity to cultural differences and an understanding of the unique circumstances that impact our clients' mental health, particularly in a community clinic environment.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related field, with active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Up-to-date knowledge of LMFT/LCSW/LPCC requirements and supervisory guidelines.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in providing mental health services and crisis management.
• Strong knowledge of psychological theories, developmental insights, and contemporary mental health trends.
• Proficiency in interview techniques and a solid understanding of various behavioral assessment methodologies.

Although a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in community mental health settings or specialties such as substance use disorder treatment will be prioritized. Familiarity with telehealth platforms is also advantageous, as our organization utilizes digital channels for therapy delivery and client engagement.
