Job description

Now hiring REMOTE Customer Service Representatives. Seeking candidates who can offer excellent customer service skills, patience, and be compassionate to answer inbound calls from members regarding their healthcare benefits.

Job Details:

  • Professionally handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Gather customer information accurately and efficiently
  • Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Educate customers on products, services, and healthcare benefits
  • Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Meet attendance, productivity, and performance expectations
  • Resolve customer concerns whenever possible using one-call resolution
  • Follow company policies while maintaining a customer-focused approach
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
  • Adapt to changes in procedures and business needs
  • Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
