Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one, non-medical care and support to seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. You'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while building meaningful relationships with them and their families.

Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, or PRN hours, we offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow with our team.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

  • Providing companionship and emotional support.

  • Assisting with mobility, transfers, and walking.

  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed.

  • Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing living areas.

  • Providing medication reminders.

  • Running errands and shopping for groceries or household items.

  • Transporting clients to appointments and community activities when needed.

  • Monitoring clients and reporting changes in their condition to the office.

  • Following individualized care plans and documenting services provided.

  • Communicating professionally with clients, families, and office staff.

Qualifications
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

  • Ability to pass a Level II background check and drug screening.

  • Current CPR certification (in-person course required before working independently).

  • Current TB skin test or chest X-ray (within required timeframe).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

  • Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience is a plus.

  • Experience working with clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease is preferred.

  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
