The Opportunity
As a Remote Service Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by coordinating service calls, supporting field technicians, and ensuring schedules are optimized throughout the day.
This position requires someone who can think quickly, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, professional attitude.
What You'll Do
  • Dispatch service technicians efficiently throughout the day.
  • Monitor technician schedules and maximize route efficiency.
  • Coordinate same-day service opportunities and emergency calls.
  • Communicate schedule updates with technicians and customers.
  • Work closely with Customer Service Representatives and Operations leadership.
  • Utilize ServiceTitan to manage appointments, technician statuses, and job information.
  • Maintain accurate customer and job records.
  • Assist with schedule adjustments due to cancellations, delays, or emergency service requests.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through clear, professional communication.
  • Help ensure daily productivity and operational goals are achieved.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous dispatch experience required, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home service industry.
  • Experience using ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based software.
