  • Perform thorough assessments and create conclusive treatment logs that document patient progress and therapeutic interventions.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of patients with varying psychological needs, effectively collaborating with them and their families to develop achievable treatment plans.
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills to counsel patients and their loved ones, address crisis situations, and implement effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide personalized counseling services, including individual, conjoint, or family therapy, and when appropriate, refer clients to specialized professionals for additional assistance.
  • Continuously assess and adapt the plan of action for psychological services based on patient needs and responses to treatment.

While not mandatory, additional certifications in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or experience with teletherapy platforms can enhance your application. Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment sessions is highly advantageous.
