Work Environment

This fully remote position allows you to work comfortably from your location while connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds. Our community health clinic model ensures that you engage with pre-screened clients who are stable and present low acuity levels. This setting promotes a collaborative atmosphere where you can focus on delivering high-quality therapy without the distractions often associated with administrative tasks. Your work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform virtual assessments, utilizing telehealth technologies to gather essential information and understand client needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with clients to set realistic goals and monitor their progress throughout the therapy process.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of sessions to adhere to licensed practice standards and facilitate effective case management.
• Continuously stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals who are pre-screened and categorized as stable, allowing you to provide focused and effective therapeutic interventions. You will work with a wide range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, grief, depression, and relationship concerns. Our platform is designed to foster a space where clients feel safe and supported, enabling meaningful therapeutic connections.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.
• Active and clean licensure in the state of Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, demonstrating strong case management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing teletherapy services or using virtual communication tools to engage clients.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a solid understanding of clinical best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
