Austin Radiological Association (ARA) is seeking a General Pediatric Body Radiologist to join their close-knit section of pediatric radiologists in Austin, TX. This full-time position offers a 2-year partnership track, with part-time and employed options also available. The role involves over 90% pediatric cases, with opportunities for leadership, education, and research within a nationally renowned radiology practice.

- Over 90% pediatric cases, minimal adult general body responsibilities.
- Subspecialist support for IR procedures, neuroradiology, and musculoskeletal MRI.
- The section is based out of Dell Children's Medical Center, a 248-bed freestanding pediatric facility serving a 46-county area and beyond.
- Dell Children's Medical Center houses the region's only level I pediatric trauma center and Level IV NICU.
- The practice features 24/7 support staff, robust IT infrastructure, and a collegial working environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized pediatric imaging, diagnostic interpretation, and cutting-edge interventional procedures.
- Comfortable with general body radiology.
- Primary teaching faculty for the UT Dell Medical School radiology residency program.
- Teach residents, fellows, and medical students.

- The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000.
- This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Shift & Schedule
- Day/1st Shift.
- Full-time (30+ hrs/week).
- Weekdays - 8a-5p general daytime shifts, including 1 hour protected lunch break.
- Call/Holidays - 8a-4p weekend/holiday or 4p-1030p evening shifts, shared evenly by the section.
- Overnight pediatric diagnostic coverage provided by contracted teleradiology service.
Requirements
- Board certified or Board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.
- Completion of a pediatric radiology fellowship or CAQ in pediatric radiology.
