Part-Time Public Attendant


Status: Part-time, hourly (non-exempt)

Reports to: Fitness Operations Manager / Director of Fitness

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, walking, and standing for long periods.

Schedule: Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, evenings, and holidays as scheduled

Ability to Commute/Relocate: Irving, TX 75038: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Summary

Public Attendants are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the Club, including common areas of the clubhouse. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a luxurious and comfortable environment for Members and Guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all common areas of the Club including restrooms, lounge areas, hallways, restaurants, meeting spaces, fitness center, and Kids’ Club.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces and floors in accordance with Club standards.
  • Ensure all towels, toiletries, and amenities are restocked and presented neatly in all restrooms and common areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damage, or repair needs to a Manager or Director.
  • Follow proper procedures for the use and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Uphold a professional, courteous demeanor and support the Club’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with regard to Members.

Qualifications:

  • Prior housekeeping or custodial experience in a luxury environment preferred (e.g., private club, hotel, resort, or spa).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and time management skills
