Role Overview

Ballers is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team and help keep Ballers in top condition. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all guest and member areas, including the dining room, restrooms, locker rooms, sports courts, and public spaces. You’ll help ensure every guest walks into a fresh, spotless, and safe environment that reflects the Ballers standard of excellence. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for promoting physical activity and healthy living.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Perform daily cleaning duties in all assigned areas, including

Dining areas and lounge spaces

Public restrooms and locker rooms

Indoor and outdoor sports play areas (pickleball, padel, golf bays, etc.)

Hallways, entryways, and other public/common spaces

Refill restroom supplies and ensure all areas are stocked with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers

Remove trash and recycling and dispose of them properly

Clean spills or messes quickly and thoroughly to maintain a safe environment

Monitor and report any damage, repairs, or unusual activity to your supervisor

Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and according to guidelines

Follow sanitation and cleanliness protocols to maintain health and safety standards

Support event setup and post-event cleanup as needed

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work is preferred but not required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be comfortable working in an active, guest-facing environment

Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

Able to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
