  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Customers contact center technology and drive innovation on a global scale.
  • The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming our engineering practices and delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance our clients experience and operational efficiency.
  • We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Full-Stack Software Engineer with at least 10 years of software development experience.
  • This role will be instrumental in driving innovation| implementing cloud capabilities| and building GenAI solutions across our contact centers in Canada| Asia| and the US.
  • The ideal candidate has a passion for cutting-edge technologies and a proven track record of building large-scale| complex software systems.
  • Participate in the design| development| and rollout of foundational cloud capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key software delivery| cloud| GenAI| and DevOps processes.
  • Create and maintain technical design artifacts that describe application functionality| solution designs| data models| interfaces| and integrations.
  • Contribute and/or adopt global software engineering re-usable best practice processes.
 
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO WIN:
Mandatory Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a relevant field10+ years of experience building large-scale| multi-tier distributed software systems
  • Hands on experience in cloud technologies| particularly AWS services
  • Hands-on expertise with Python| Lambda functions| APIs| LLM Models| Java
  • Experience with DevOps culture| tools| and best practices (e.g. - Bitbucket| Ansible| Jenkins| CDD)
  • Strong communication skills| able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to assess alternatives| risks| and benefits.
  • Demonstrates agility in learning and implementing cutting-edge technologies across diverse tech stacks.
