Job Summary:
Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools. The Sr. Manager of People Data Science will lead the data science function within the Employee Experience team, guiding a team of data scientists to derive insights that inform strategic people-related decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Set the technical vision and quality bar for advanced analytics and AI across People Analytics
• Guide the team's methodological standards for data analysis, AI usage, and predictive modeling
• Scale insights through automation, tooling, and reusable frameworks
• Build predictive models to forecast workforce outcomes and inform people decisions
• Lead complex analytical deep dives that inform talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness decisions
• Automate insight extraction and recurring analyses (e.g., via Python or R)
• Partner with HR and business leaders to connect insights to goals and strategies
• Communicate recommendations to executives in ways that drive action
• Translate complexity into clarity for non-analytical partners
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of data scientists, building capability in statistical methods and partner influence
• Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and practical impact
Qualifications:
Required:
