What we are looking for in our leaders:

  • Model and create an environment in which the guest is always right, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Passion around quality and excellent customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are adhered to
  • Manage all restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • Maintain and ensure proper food portioning is being adhered to

Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent
  • MUST BE 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Stable work history with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory role or quick service restaurant
  • Possess strong management, team building, and communication skills
  • Set high standards for yourself and your team
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Fun, energetic, and friendly
  • Must be willing and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
