  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely ticket execution.

  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and food quality expectations.

  • Maintain proper food handling, labeling, storage, and rotation using FIFO practices.

  • Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities.

  • Maintain accurate station pars and communicate product shortages before items become unavailable.

  • Keep your station clean, organized, and inspection-ready throughout every shift.

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.

  • Assist with prep work and restocking for future shifts.

  • Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.

  • Uphold all Smith's Provisions and Cru Hospitality Group standards.

  • Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to consistency.

  • Able to communicate effectively with kitchen leaders and teammates.

Qualifications

  • Employee meal discounts

  • Team-oriented, respectful workplace

  • Be part of a growing hospitality group committed to quality, hospitality, and continuous improvement
