Join Our Team as a Dedicated Flatbed Truck Driver

We are currently seeking experienced flatbed truck drivers to join our organization. Our operations involve transporting fabricated steel from our facilities located in West Jordan, Utah; Pocatello, Idaho; Las Vegas, Nevada; and El Mirage, Arizona, to various construction sites across Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Additionally, drivers will be responsible for bringing back-haul loads to customers near our terminals in Arizona and Utah. We prioritize candidates who reside within or close to our delivery routes to ensure a balanced work, home, and family life.

Compensation Overview
  • Starting Pay: $0.63 per mile (practical miles, loaded and empty).
  • Pay Increases:
    • After 6 months: $0.65 per mile
    • After 12 months: $0.68 per mile
    • After 3 years: $0.69 per mile
    • After 5 years: $0.70 per mile
  • Additional Pay: $50.00 for tarping back-haul loads when required.
  • Hourly Pay:
    • $25.00 in Utah
    • $28.00 in Arizona

    (Hourly pay increases based on years of service for loads under 100 miles, plus mileage pay.)

  • Safety Bonus: $100.00 for a clean safety inspection.

Driving and Hiring Area

Our routes involve transporting fabricated steel from our facilities in West Jordan, Utah; Pocatello, Idaho; Henderson, Nevada; El Mirage, Arizona; and Phoenix, Arizona, to construction sites in Arizona, California, Las Vegas, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon. Drivers will also handle back-haul loads to customers near our terminals in Arizona and Utah. Local moves are available in Arizona and Utah.

We are looking for drivers who live within or near our delivery routes to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Flexibility is essential, as there may be occasions when jobs require travel to other locations across the United States.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a Class A CDL.
  • A minimum of 1 year of flatbed driving experience is required; 2 years is preferred.
  • No more than 2 moving violations within the past 12 months.
  • No speeding violations of 15 MPH or more in the last 3 years.
  • No rollovers or abandonment incidents.
  • Ability to secure freight by hand.
  • Must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
