Position Overview

Were looking for a hands-on working 2nd Shift Foreman who leads from the front. This role is responsible for driving daily production, managing workflow, and building a high-performing team. Youll play a direct role in hitting output targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production to meet output and quality goals
  • Assign tasks, manage workflow, and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Supervise, coach, and develop team members
  • Train new hires and support cross-training efforts
  • Enforce safety standards, including PPE and LOTO compliance
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and accountability
  • Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, subcontractors, and leadership
  • Track production metrics and document issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives


Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role in manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of workflow, quality control, and workforce management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in real time
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
  • Commitment to safety and accountability

Preferred:

  • Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment operations
  • Familiarity with time-tracking systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Certifications & Requirements

  • Forklift certification required (provided at no cost)
  • Ability to communicate effectively

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 70 lbs
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Work in indoor/outdoor environments with varying temperatures
