Job description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)
Job Family: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Job Location: Corporate Office | American Fork, UT
Pay: $22-$25 hourly
ABOUT US
We're not just in the tanning business; we're in the confidence business. At Beaches Tanning + Spa, we help people feel amazing in their own skin every single day. With 12 locations (and more on the way!) and a team full of energy, style, and personality, we've built a brand that's all about great vibes, real connection, and results you can see and feel.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ready to make some waves? Beaches Tanning + Spa is looking for a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist who's equal parts paid ads wizard, email/SMS marketing go-getter, and customer-behavior detective. Based at our corporate office in American Fork, UT, you'll help us reach, understand, and connect with the people most likely to love Beaches-driving growth through paid advertising, website experiences, SEO, and strategic email and SMS campaigns.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll spend your days building, optimizing, analyzing, and improving the digital systems that connect customers with the Beaches brand. From Meta and Google Ads to landing pages, website performance, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and campaign analytics, you love digging into the numbers to understand what's working, what isn't, and where the next opportunity lives.
But you also know that data only tells part of the story. The best digital marketers understand people, too. You enjoy figuring out what motivates customers to take action and using those insights to build smarter campaigns, stronger customer journeys, and better traffic-driving results.
Whether you're refining ad audiences, improving landing page conversions, optimizing SEO performance, building email automations, or analyzing campaign performance, you're always looking for ways to turn more clicks into customers and more customers into loyal Beaches Besties.
If you get excited about ad platforms, analytics dashboards, conversion rates, audience insights, A/B testing, and finding opportunities hidden inside the data-we want to meet you.
If you believe in the power of a great tanning + spa regimen and can translate that into campaigns that make people want the full Beaches experience-this.is.your.moment. Let's make waves together!
