What is an hourly Meta job?

Hourly Meta jobs refer to positions at Meta (formerly Facebook) that are paid on an hourly basis, rather than salaried. These roles are typically in areas such as content moderation, customer support, data annotation, or technical support. Hourly employees may work part-time or full-time, and their schedules can be more flexible compared to salaried roles. Benefits and job responsibilities may vary depending on the specific position and location. Hourly Meta jobs are often entry-level and serve as a gateway into the tech industry.
