As a Technician I, Molding & Tooling Engineering supporting production, you will work on precision mold tooling, machining support, and injection molding processes at Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania driving quality, uptime, and process efficiency.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Manufacture and modify tooling for production using manual machines (milling, grinding, lathe) and CNC equipment, including G-code/M-code programming and CAM software.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings to ensure accurate tooling and part fabrication.

  • Troubleshoot machine tooling issues, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and resolve production backlogs.

  • Execute machine tool setup, fixturing, and process to machine parts to drawing.

  • Maintain documentation and compliance (GxP, SOPs) while supporting production needs and demonstrating a dependable, self-motivated, inquisitive mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
