What is an hourly laborer?

Hourly laborers are workers who are paid based on the number of hours they work, rather than receiving a fixed salary. The specific duties of an hourly laborer can vary widely, but often include tasks like lifting, moving materials, cleaning, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Hourly laborers are often employed on a temporary or part-time basis, depending on the employer's needs.
