This Opportunity

Komline is a rapidly growing manufacturer of engineered equipment serving water, wastewater, and industrial markets. We are seeking an AI-focused Associate to help evaluate and implement automation across the business, beginning with our RFQ (Request for Quotation) and quoting process. This is a build-and-ship role with real operational impact.

What You’ll Do

• Map and analyze our current RFQ-to-quote workflow
• Identify repetitive and automatable tasks
• Design and prototype AI tools to:
  • Parse RFQ documents
  • Extract specifications
  • Suggest BOM components
  • Auto-populate cost models
  • Assist in proposal drafting
• Evaluate build vs. buy AI solutions
• Develop ROI analysis and implementation roadmap

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Computer Science, or Data Science
• Experience with LLMs, APIs, and document parsing
• Interest in applying AI to real-world industrial problems
