Compensation Package
  • Target Earnings: $1,250 – $1,500 weekly average
  • Every Mile Counts: Paid CPM on ALL practical miles (loaded and empty)
  • Hourly Accessorials: $20/hr for detention/breakdowns
  • Retirement Security: 401(k) company match up to $2,000
  • Insurance Coverage: Complete medical, dental, vision, and life packages
Operations & Equipment
  • Route: Predictable regional lanes throughout the Southwest states.
  • Home Time: Out 5 to 5.5 days, home weekly for a 34 to 48-hour reset.
  • Freight: 70% drop & hook, 100% no-touch dry van.
  • Gear: Newer assigned tractors (Kenworth, Freightliner, International) with take-home privileges.
Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • At least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
  • Compliance with DOT safety, hiring, and drug/alcohol standards.
  • Fair-chance hiring: Backgrounds, violations, and DUIs are reviewed case-by-case.
  • __SAP drivers welcome with step 6 complete and some experience with another carrier after completion
