For over 50 years, we have been recognized as a leader in indoor and outdoor landscaping, holiday design, and plant care. We design, install, and maintain distinctive landscapes throughout the tri-state area, including New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.


We are looking for a Supervisor to join our Indoor Service team in Connecticut. This role will support our commercial accounts throughout Fairfield County, New Haven County, and select Central Connecticut accounts. This is a great opportunity for a leader who wants to make a meaningful impact in the green industry.


In this role, you will:

  • Oversee daily service execution, route coverage, quality control, and field support for Horticulturists servicing commercial client locations.
  • Manage a team of Horticulturists to deliver exceptional, sustainable interior plant care and outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with clients to build strong relationships and ensure their needs are consistently met.
  • Partner with the Account Manager to develop and achieve individual, team, and business goals.
  • Foster the professional growth of your Horticultural team through coaching, mentoring, real-time feedback, and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Develop your financial acumen by managing service budgets, monitoring expenses, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate scheduling, installations, plant refreshes, inventory management, and special projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing client services and support business growth by partnering with the Account Manager on sales leads and service enhancements.


Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of horticulture experience.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of interior plant care and horticultural best practices.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
