Job description

SUMMARY
Position: Machine Operator -Molding
Shift: This position is full-time, 7p-7a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.
Pay: Hourly rate is $18.00-20.00 plus $2 shift differential, depending on experience. 7% quarterly bonus potential.
PTO: 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick, 10 paid holidays

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor machines, report issues, and reset alarms.
  • Sort, inspect, and pack finished parts.
  • Keep raw materials stocked and work area clean.
  • Complete production reports and labeling.
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures.

  • Experience/training in molding, manufacturing, mechanics, a plus.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal procedures, instructions, and assignments.
