GRAVITY SPHERE | GLOBAL AFFILIATE OUTREACH

The Role

You will be responsible for finding, recruiting, onboarding, and supporting influencers within your assigned

region.

Core Responsibilities

● Identify influencers whose content and audience align with Gravity Sphere.

● Research creator quality, audience relevance, and authentic engagement.

● Conduct personalized outreach by email and direct message.

● Introduce creators to the Gravity Sphere affiliate opportunity.

● Give interested creators access to experience Gravity Sphere.

● Help approved creators understand their referral link, commission structure, and promotional options.

● Maintain relationships with the creators you recruit.

● Follow up with inactive creators and help remove reasonable participation barriers.

● Track outreach, responses, onboarding, and affiliate activity accurately.

● Provide regular progress reports.

A RELATIONSHIP-

BUILDING ROLE

We are not looking for mass messaging, spam, purchased contact lists, or

automated outreach that could damage the Gravity Sphere brand. Trust,

relevance, and personalization matter more than message volume.

What Success Looks Like

● A focused pipeline of relevant creators, not a large list of random accounts.

● Professional communication that protects the reputation of Gravity Sphere.

● Approved creators who understand the product before deciding whether to promote it.

● Consistent follow-up, accurate records, and measurable qualified sales. Compensation

This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity. It is not a salaried or hourly position.

Managers earn 5% of qualifying, settled customer sales generated by the influencers they recruit and

actively manage.

may be lower, higher, or zero and depend entirely on qualifying, settled sales. No weekly income is guaranteed.

As you recruit and successfully manage more productive influencers, your potential earnings can continue

to increase. There is no cap on eligible manager commission earnings.

You will not recruit other managers or earn money from another manager's team. This is a direct, single-level

performance arrangement based only on verified customer sales. Complete attribution rules, payment timing,

active-management requirements, and qualifying-sale definitions will be included in the contractor agreement.

The Affiliate Offer You Will Represent

● A unique Gravity Sphere referral link or code

● 25% commission on qualifying sales 1-20 during each defined commission week

● 30% commission beginning with sale 21 and continuing forward for the remainder of that week

● Access to experience Gravity Sphere before deciding whether to promote it

● No obligation to promote after reviewing the product

The 30% rate is not retroactive. The creator's first 20 qualifying sales remain at 25%. Who We Are Looking For

The strongest candidates will have experience in one or more of the following:

Influencer or creator outreach Affiliate recruitment

Partnership development Social media marketing

Business development Talent or creator management

Digital marketing Sales and relationship management

You Should

● Understand the creator landscape in your region.

● Communicate professionally in English and speak relevant regional languages when possible.

● Be comfortable starting conversations with creators.

● Be organized and consistent with follow-up.

● Understand that trust and personalization are more important than message volume.

● Be comfortable with performance-based compensation.

● Document your outreach and results accurately.

ASIA - TWO

POSITIONS

Specify the Asian countries and languages you can cover effectively. Experience

in South Asia, Southeast Asia, or other major Asian creator markets is welcome.

EUROPE - TWO

POSITIONS

Specify the European countries and languages you can cover effectively.

Experience in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Western Europe, Northern Europe,

Southern Europe, or Eastern Europe is welcome.

SOUTH AMERICA -

TWO POSITIONS

Specify the South American countries and languages you can cover effectively.

Experience across Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay,

Paraguay, or Bolivia is welcome. How to Apply
