Position Overview

The Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI and Data Science initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes in advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI and Data Science projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to align project goals with organizational strategy.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on AI/ML model development, data pipelines, and deployment strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with data governance and ethical AI practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices in agile delivery, DevOps, and MLOps to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
