Position Overview

JUS Official Services is seeking motivated and relationship-driven Client Acquisition Partners to identify and recruit creators, entertainers, and digital talent who are looking to grow their careers through professional management and business development services.

As a Client Acquisition Partner, your sole responsibility is to bring qualified prospective clients to JUS Official Services. You will build relationships, educate creators about our services, and help guide qualified individuals through the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective clients through social media, networking, referrals, online communities, live events, and direct outreach.
• Build professional relationships with creators and entertainers.
• Present the services and value offered by JUS Official Services.
• Conduct outreach through email, direct messages, phone calls, LinkedIn, Discord, and other professional communication channels.
• Qualify prospective clients based on company standards.
• Schedule consultation meetings with company leadership when appropriate.
• Assist prospective clients through the application and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and recruitment activities.
• Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Represent JUS Official Services with professionalism and integrity.
• Continuously develop new sources of qualified client referrals.

Qualifications

Required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional attitude and presentation.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.

Preferred

• Experience in talent scouting, recruiting, sales, business development, influencer marketing, artist management, entertainment, public relations, or customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with the creator economy and social media platforms.
• Passion for music, entertainment, gaming, streaming, modeling, or digital content creation.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-only independent contractor opportunity.

Client Acquisition Partners earn commissions for qualified clients who successfully execute management or service agreements with JUS Official Services in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement and the applicable commission schedule.

There is no hourly pay, salary, guaranteed income, employee benefits, paid time off, or expense reimbursement unless expressly provided in writing.

There is no cap on earning potential.

Independent Contractor Status

This opportunity is offered exclusively as an Independent Contractor (1099) position.

Client Acquisition Partners are responsible for managing their own schedules, equipment, taxes, and business expenses. Nothing in this position creates an employer-employee relationship.

To comply with applicable worker-classification laws, JUS Official Services does not accept applicants who reside in California or in other states where the company's independent contractor model is not currently available or appropriate under applicable law. Residency eligibility will be verified during the application process.

Background Check Requirement

All applicants must successfully complete a criminal background check before entering into an Independent Contractor Agreement or representing JUS Official Services.

Failure to successfully complete the required background screening may result in the withdrawal of the opportunity.
