An hourly fitting room associate typically does not earn $10,000 a month; such high earnings are uncommon in retail roles without specialized skills or additional income sources. Jobs that can reach this level without a degree often include sales positions like real estate agents, high-ticket sales, or entrepreneurship, which rely on commissions, experience, and networking rather than formal education.

What retail pays the most hourly?

In retail, management positions such as store managers and department managers tend to earn the highest hourly wages, often exceeding $20 to $30 per hour depending on the company and location.
