APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Fort Wayne, IN looking to add Quality Inspectors to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Keep reading for more details!

What your day will look like:
· Ensure products meet established quality standards through inspection, testing, and documentation
· Identify and address quality issues while supporting compliance with company and industry standards
· Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and vision systems
· Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify parts meet technical drawings and specifications
· Conduct quality audits in compliance with ISO, FDA, and internal quality requirements
· Collect, analyze, and document quality data to support continuous improvement efforts
· Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions
· Assist with calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy

What we are looking for:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Previous experience in medical device manufacturing and familiarity with ISO standards strongly preferred
· Skilled in inspection methods, use of measurement tools, and identifying defects
· Knowledge of quality assurance practices, quality control processes, and regulatory compliance standards
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation
· Familiarity with manufacturing environments and quality management systems preferred
