  • Client Overview:Client Health Plan - integrated healthcare delivery; requires accurate provider network and operational data for member access, vendor publication, and internal operations.
  • Job Description:Support provider network data management, reporting, and data quality workflows. Handle Salesforce service requests and grievances, profile changes, PDI processing, AHP updates, recurring monitoring reports, monthly directory extracts for vendors, PCP assignment tracking, GEO coding, dashboard reporting, sales RFP/disruption reporting, QES analysis, and ad hoc requests. Validate data, troubleshoot quality issues, support reconciliations/audits, document findings, recommend corrections, assist in system testing, and support PDM implementation as needed.
  • Skill Set Requirements:SQL, MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word; reporting (recurring/ad hoc); data quality, reconciliations, audits; healthcare/provider network experience; application testing and dashboard/reporting support.
  • Education/Certifications/Licenses:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, related field, or equivalent experience.
