Position Summary
Omnicare is a leading provider of pharmacy services to long-term care facilities nationwide, supporting skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other institutional care settings. As we transition to an independent, standalone organization, we are building and strengthening internal capabilities to support our approximately 6,000 colleagues and multi-state operations.

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Analyst supports corporate EHS compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across company operations. This role assists with data collection, regulatory reporting, incident investigations, audits, training, and performance analytics to help ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain EHS data and performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and regulatory reporting.
  • Assist with incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
  • Support OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory compliance activities.
  • Maintain EHS records, databases, permits, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Support the development and delivery of EHS training programs.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and communicate compliance requirements to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and corporate teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.


Preferred Qualifications

  • NEHA certification or ability to obtain.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $76,500.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
