Industrial Engineer

Location: Carol Stream, IL | Direct Hire

Salary: $100Kโ€“$115K + 10% Annual Bonus

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive process improvements, manage capital projects, and optimize manufacturing operations. This role will focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and facility performance through engineering solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead capital improvement projects from planning through implementation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Analyze KPIs and manufacturing data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Partner with operations, maintenance, and contractors on facility and equipment projects
  • Develop processes, SOPs, and support new equipment implementations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience
  • Experience with capital project management and process improvement
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
