Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for the daily clinical operations of the endocrinology service line in the ambulatory setting. She/he will support all patient care, quality and regulatory initiatives of the endocrine service line in the ambulatory and outpatient settings and workscollaboratively with physicians, clinicians and staff to advance population health measures related to endocrinology.
Required experience:
3 Yearsexperience as a nurse practitioner in endocrinology, diabetic nurse educator or similar role.
1 Year endocrine experience
Certification/Licensure:
NewYork State Professional Registered Nurse license required.
New York State Nurse Practitioner Certification required.
Education requirements:
MSN required
CDE Certification preferred
Computer/Equipment skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Knowledge of Athena health/ Epic
Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000
