Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
  • Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
  • Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
  • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
  • Assist in property grounds maintenance
  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in the maintenance field required
  • Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
  • Light plumbing and electrical experience
  • HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification required
  • CPO Certification required
  • Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
