Job description

Apartment Service Tech II | Platform 14 - Hillsboro, OR

Platform 14 is a mid-rise style community consisting of 177 apartment homes.

Schedule:Tuesday - Saturday schedule. Available to be on call every other week.

Compensation:Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.
Hourly: Starting at $22.02 - $27.53 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.

Annual Starting Comp: $45,801 - $57,262.

Summary:

Must have intermediate competency with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Prior multi-family apartment maintenance industry experience is a plus. Must be available to be part of a rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response.

Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance.
  • Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
  • Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion.
  • Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.
