Target Hourly/Salary Rate: $53,165.80 - $67,786.96 (Commensurate with qualifications.)

Appointment Full-time Equivalency: 1.0

FLSA Status: Exempt

Bargaining Unit Announcement: This is NOT a bargaining unit position with American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees (AFSCME).

Contingent Upon Funding: Contingent upon external funding

Standard Work Schedule: Standard (M-F, 8-5)

Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Project Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for the WIOA Youth Link program. The position supervises Youth Career Navigators, monitors participant progress and program performance, and supports coordinated workforce, education, training, and support services that promote educational attainment, workforce readiness, and economic mobility and career advancement. The Project Manager collaborates with workforce, education, employer, and community partners to support participant success and strengthen regional career pathway opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
Associate's Degree + 6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 4 years of relevant experience.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

Physical Effort: No or very limited physical effort required.
