Golf Course Maintenance Crew

Location: Willow Point Golf & Country Club
Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Opportunities Available)
Pay: $15–$19 per hour (based on experience)

Willow Point Golf & Country Club, located on beautiful Lake Martin near Alexander City, Alabama, is seeking energetic and dependable individuals to join our golf course maintenance team. The course, redesigned by Dana Fry and Jason Straka in 2025, is widely considered a hidden treasure in the Southeast. Our course offers a professional work environment where motivated individuals can grow quickly by learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to be part of a team dedicated to maintaining one of the premier golf courses in the Southeast.


Position Details

  • Hourly position
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Year-round, dependable work
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
  • Working every other weekend


Pay & Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily golf course maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep

Qualifications

  • No prior golf course experience required
  • Experience in landscaping, construction, or equipment operation is a plus
  • Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Reliable and dependable
